All fees are expressed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Terms:

1. Contract, purchase order or letter of authorization required for all jobs.

2. Copywriting fees are payable 50% in advance, balance due upon delivery.

3. On assignments where the total fee exceeds $10000., a $5000. retainer will suffice. Balance payable upon final draft delivery.

4. All copy analysis, conference and consulting fees are payable in full, in advance.

5. Client assumes responsibility for expenses and charges. These charges include, but are not limited to: long distance telephone and fax, Federal Express/UPS/Airborne, messenger, duplications.

6. All revisions must be assigned within thirty (30) days of receipt of copy.

7. Rewrites are free of charge during this 30-day period, unless revisions are changes made in the original assignment after the copy is submitted.

8. All rewrites not considered free revisions are billed at current hourly rates. ($150./hour USD)
